The Microlife BP A3 Basic is a fully automatic upper-arm blood pressure monitor designed for convenient and dependable home blood pressure monitoring. Its straightforward operation and large digital display make it easy for users to view systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse-rate readings.

The monitor features Microlife Average Mode (MAM), which performs three consecutive measurements and calculates an average result to help improve measurement reliability. Pulse Arrhythmia Detection (PAD) provides an indication when an irregular heartbeat is detected during measurement.

Gentle+ technology controls cuff inflation and deflation to provide a smoother and more comfortable measurement experience. The wide-range conical soft cuff accommodates arm circumferences from 22 to 42 cm, making it suitable for a broad range of adult users.
