Esleh Manual Stair Wheelchair

The Esleh Manual Stair Wheelchair is a lightweight, foldable stair evacuation chair designed to help caregivers safely transport patients up and down staircases and through narrow passages where conventional wheelchairs may be difficult to use.

Its manual operating design requires caregiver assistance, making it a practical option for emergency evacuation, hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, residential buildings, and other locations where stair access is required. Because it does not depend on a motor or battery, the chair is ready to use whenever assistance is needed.

The frame is constructed from high-strength aluminium alloy, providing a balance between structural strength and portability. The PVC seat provides a practical seating surface, while the foldable construction allows the chair to be stored compactly when not in use.

The chair incorporates pull-through telescoping long handles that allow caregivers to lift and carry the seated patient through narrow passages and stairways. Two additional handles positioned at the top work together with the telescoping handles to provide multiple lifting points and improve handling during assisted transportation.

Three safety belts help secure the patient during movement and stair evacuation. Caregivers should ensure that the patient is properly secured and that an adequate number of trained people are available before attempting to move a patient on stairs.

With a net weight of approximately 10 kg and a stated load-bearing capacity of up to 160 kg, the Esleh Manual Stair Wheelchair offers a compact and relatively lightweight solution for assisted stair transportation.
