ResMed AirSense 11 AutoSet CPAP Machine (4G)

The ResMed AirSense 11 AutoSet CPAP Machine is an auto-adjusting positive airway pressure device designed for prescribed sleep therapy. It provides CPAP, AutoSet, and AutoSet for Her therapy modes, automatically adjusting pressure according to the selected therapy mode and user requirements.

The device features ResMed's AutoSet and AutoSet for Her algorithms, AutoRamp with sleep onset detection, and Expiratory Pressure Relief (EPR). It also includes an integrated HumidAir heated humidifier, touchscreen interface, advanced event detection, Bluetooth and cellular connectivity, and compatibility with the ResMed AirView and myAir platforms.

The AirSense 11 has a compact design with an integrated humidifier and a simple touchscreen interface for accessing device settings. AutoRamp is designed to begin therapy at a lower pressure and increase it after sleep onset, while EPR reduces pressure during exhalation for added breathing comfort.

The machine operates across a 4–20 cmH₂O pressure range and has a sound pressure level of approximately 27 dBA with the humidifier and standard tubing. The device weighs approximately 1.13 kg with the standard humidifier tub and measures 138.5 × 259.4 × 94.5 mm. The listed package includes the AirSense 11 device, humidifier tub, tubing depending on the selected configuration, filter, 65W power adaptor, travel bag, and user manual.
