BMC RESmart G3 A20 Auto CPAP Machine

The BMC RESmart G3 A20 Auto CPAP Machine is an automatic positive airway pressure device designed for prescribed CPAP therapy. It supports CPAP and AutoCPAP modes with an adjustable pressure range of 4–20 cmH₂O.

The G3 A20 features BMC's intelligent pressure-adjusting technology, Auto Ramp, expiratory pressure relief (EPR), automatic on/off, leakage compensation, and advanced sleep-event detection. It also supports heated humidification, with compatible configurations offering heated tubing and automatic humidity control.

The machine has a 3.5-inch color display for viewing therapy information and a compact design measuring 265 × 145 × 114 mm. Its listed weight is approximately 1.7 kg, and the device operates at a sound level of around 26 dB. SD card and wireless connectivity options support therapy-data recording and transfer.
