Philips DreamStation Auto BiPAP Machine

The Philips DreamStation Auto BiPAP Machine is a bilevel positive airway pressure device designed to provide prescribed sleep therapy with multiple therapy modes. It supports Auto BiPAP, Fixed BiPAP, and Fixed CPAP modes, allowing therapy settings to be configured according to the user's prescription.

The machine provides a pressure range of 4–25 cmH₂O and includes Flex pressure relief from 0 to 3. Smart Ramp allows the starting pressure and ramp duration to be adjusted for a more comfortable transition into therapy.

The DreamStation features a compact, detachable design with an ergonomic tilted color LCD display and control dial/push button. Its operating sound level is approximately 27 dB, making it suitable for use during sleep.

For added comfort, the machine supports heated humidification and optional heated tubing. Humidification options include fixed, adaptive, and heated-tube modes, helping provide a more comfortable breathing experience during therapy.

The DreamStation also supports data management through an SD card and offers Bluetooth and connectivity options for therapy monitoring. Automatic altitude compensation and leakage compensation are included among its available features.
