ResMed Mirage Quattro Full Face Mask

The ResMed Mirage Quattro is a full face mask designed for use with CPAP and bilevel positive airway pressure therapy. Its full face design covers both the nose and mouth and is intended for users who require a full-face interface for prescribed PAP therapy.

The mask features ResMed's MicroFit dial with 24 adjustment positions, a dual-wall Spring Air cushion, an adjustable forehead support, and a 360° quick-release elbow. The Spring Air cushion is designed to adapt to facial movement during sleep, while the built-in vent system disperses exhaled air quietly.

The adjustable forehead support and MicroFit dial allow the mask position to be fine-tuned while fitted on the face. Its quick-release elbow provides convenient disconnection from the air tubing, while the streamlined design is intended to provide a stable and comfortable fit during therapy.

The Mirage Quattro is available in Extra Small, Small, Medium, and Large sizes. ResMed lists a therapy pressure range of 4–40 cmH₂O, and the complete mask system includes the frame, elbow, headgear, cushion, and user guide. Oxygen Times lists the mask at approximately 0.4 kg with dimensions of 18 × 13 × 10 cm.
