ResMed AirFit P30i Nasal Pillow Mask

The ResMed AirFit P30i is a nasal pillow mask designed for use with prescribed CPAP and bilevel positive airway pressure therapy. Its tube-up design places the air tubing connection at the top of the head, helping keep the tubing away from the front of the face during sleep.

The mask features dual-wall silicone nasal pillows, QuietAir vent technology, a self-adjusting SpringFit frame, and a quick-release elbow. The nasal pillows sit at the nostrils and are designed to maintain a seal as the user changes sleeping positions, while QuietAir technology disperses exhaled air.

The top-of-head tubing connection provides greater freedom of movement and helps keep the mask profile clear around the face. The slip-on design makes the mask easy to put on and remove, while the quick-release elbow allows the user to disconnect from the tubing without removing the mask.

The AirFit P30i is available with Small, Medium, and Large nasal pillow sizes, with Small and Standard frame options. The mask has a listed sound power level of 21 dBA and a therapy pressure range of 4–25 cmH₂O. It is intended for patients weighing more than 30 kg who have been prescribed non-invasive PAP therapy and is not compatible with ResMed AirMini.
