The Caire Freestyle Comfort 5 is a lightweight portable oxygen concentrator designed to provide supplemental oxygen through pulse-dose delivery. It offers 5 pulse settings with oxygen concentration of approximately 90–96%, making it suitable for users requiring prescribed oxygen therapy while maintaining mobility.

Weighing approximately 2.3 kg with the single battery, the Freestyle Comfort 5 features a curved design intended to sit comfortably against the body. Its UltraSense breath-detection technology is designed to detect even mild breaths and trigger oxygen delivery accordingly.

The device operates on rechargeable lithium-ion batteries and can also be powered through AC or DC power. Battery duration varies by pulse setting, with up to approximately 4 hours at setting 2 using the single 8-cell battery and up to 8 hours with the 16-cell battery. The concentrator can operate at altitudes up to 10,000 feet.
