The MEDEMOVE Forearm Support is designed to provide immobilisation, support, and stability to the wrist and forearm. Its anatomical design conforms to the shape of the wrist while helping maintain the wrist and forearm in a resting position.
The support features anatomically shaped aluminium splints on both the palmar and dorsal sides to provide rigid immobilisation. The design allows free movement of the fingers and thumb while limiting unwanted movement of the wrist and forearm.
A hook-and-loop closure system allows easy application and adjustment. The straps can be secured through the integrated rings to achieve a snug and stable fit according to the user's requirements.
The forearm support is made from a three-layer combination of elastic microfibre fabric, polyurethane foam, and terry cloth. The material is latex-free, breathable, and skin-friendly for comfortable use.
The MEDEMOVE Forearm Support is suitable for wrist fractures, forearm fractures, ligament or tendon injuries, and post-operative support. It comes in a universal size designed to fit most users.
