MEDEMOVE Hot & Cold Gel Pack

The MEDEMOVE Hot & Cold Gel Pack is a reusable dual-purpose therapy pack designed for convenient heat and cold application. It can be used to provide soothing comfort to aching joints, muscles, and other affected areas as part of everyday pain-relief and recovery routines.

For heat therapy, the gel pack can be warmed in a microwave for approximately 30–45 seconds or placed in boiling water for 4–10 minutes. If the pack has been frozen, allow it to return to room temperature before heating. Once heated, place it inside the outer cover before applying it to the desired area.

For cold therapy, store the gel pack in the freezer for approximately one hour before use. Place the chilled pack inside the outer cover and apply it to the affected area for a cooling and soothing effect.

The reusable design makes it suitable for repeated hot or cold applications at home, during exercise recovery, or for general comfort. Always use the supplied outer cover during application and follow the recommended heating instructions.
