Microlife ST 77 Sprague-Rappaport Stethoscope

The Microlife ST 77 is a professional Sprague-Rappaport stethoscope designed for precise auscultation of heart, lung, and other body sounds. Its interchangeable chest-piece system allows the stethoscope to be adapted for different examination requirements, making it suitable for both adult and pediatric use.

The dual chest-piece design includes large and small diaphragms for detecting different sound frequencies, along with three interchangeable bell-type chest pieces in adult, medium, and infant sizes. This versatile configuration makes it suitable for routine physical examination, manual blood pressure measurement, and clinical assessment.

The stethoscope features chrome-plated binaurals, durable heavy-wall tubing, and soft ear tips designed for comfortable use. An anti-cold ring around the chest piece helps reduce discomfort when the metal chest piece contacts the skin.

The ST 77 also includes spare diaphragms and ear tips, allowing worn components to be replaced rather than replacing the complete stethoscope. Its compact 80 cm design makes it practical for clinics, hospitals, medical training, and professional healthcare use.
