BPL Harmony Auto CPAP Machine

The BPL Harmony Auto CPAP Machine is an automatic positive airway pressure device designed for prescribed CPAP therapy. It supports both CPAP and Auto CPAP modes with an adjustable pressure range of 4–20 cmH₂O.

The machine features automatic pressure adjustment, expiratory pressure relief (EPR), automatic on/off, adjustable ramp duration, a heated humidifier with preheating, leak alert, and automatic altitude adjustment. It also supports SD card data storage and optional wireless data transmission.

The BPL Harmony has a compact design with a listed weight of approximately 1.55 kg and dimensions of 238 × 178 × 128 mm. Its sound level is approximately 28 dB, making it suitable for relatively quiet operation in home-care environments. The humidifier provides a maximum water capacity of 290 mL.

The machine features a 3.5-inch colour LCD display and operates from a 100–240V AC power supply. BPL's documentation lists Class II Type BF safety classification and IP22 ingress protection. Oxygen Times lists a 2-year warranty for the device.
