Deckmount VT300 ST BiPAP Machine

The Deckmount VT300 ST is a non-invasive BiPAP machine designed to provide positive airway pressure therapy through multiple therapy modes. It supports CPAP, S, T, ST, APCV, VAF-ST and VAF-APCV modes, making it suitable for different ventilation requirements when configured according to a healthcare professional's prescription.

The device offers a CPAP pressure range of 4–20 cmH₂O, IPAP range of 4–25 cmH₂O and EPAP range of 4–23 cmH₂O, with a tidal volume range of 200–2000 ml. It includes adjustable inspiratory and expiratory sensitivity, automatic or selectable sensitivity levels from 1–6, ramp time from 0–60 minutes and rise-time levels from 1–6. The integrated humidification system provides 0–5 adjustable humidification levels, while the 2.8-inch LCD display provides access to therapy settings and information.

Designed for practical everyday use, the VT300 ST has dimensions of 250 × 181 × 114 mm and weighs approximately 1340 g. Its specified sound pressure level is below 30 dBA, with an uncertainty of 2 dBA. The machine also provides detailed therapy data management for 1, 7 and 31 days, as well as 6-month and 1-year periods. A cotton air filter is specified as the standard filter, while standard 19 mm tubing and a 22 mm air outlet are supported; a heating tube is available as an optional accessory.

The VT300 ST includes alarms for power failure, low voltage, obstruction, SD card full and high leak conditions. Its power adapter accepts 100–240 V, 50/60 Hz with a maximum input of 1.8 A. The specified operating temperature is +5°C to +35°C, with 10–95% relative humidity and operation from sea level to 2,591 m. Supplemental oxygen is supported at a maximum flow of 4 L/min in CPAP mode and 15 L/min in S, T, ST, APCV, VAF-ST and VAF-APCV modes. The device conforms to IEC 60601-1-1, IEC 60601-1-2 and IEC 80601-2-12 standards, is classified as CDSCO Class 2, and has a 2-year repair warranty.
