Rossmax AM40 Anti-Decubitus Air Mattress

The Rossmax AM40 is a cell-type anti-decubitus air mattress designed to help redistribute body pressure for patients who spend extended periods in bed. Its alternating-pressure system continuously changes the inflation and deflation of the air cells, helping reduce prolonged pressure on vulnerable areas.

The mattress uses a 2-to-1 alternating therapy pattern with a 12-minute cycle, allowing different sections of the mattress to alternate between inflated and deflated states. This helps distribute pressure more evenly while supporting patient comfort during extended bed rest.

A durable and comfortable Nylon mattress provides the main support surface, while the adjustable hangers allow the mattress to be secured to most compatible hospital bed frames. The accompanying pump features pressure adjustment with a weight indicator, making it easier to set an appropriate pressure level.
